Our general terms and conditions are honest, direct and effective. These terms and conditions apply when you book a transfer with Taxi Centrale Haaglanden. The general terms and conditions state exactly what we can do for you, what you can expect from us and what is expected from you.

The vehicles are maintained by our own 'OK-garage'. This way we can guarantee that you will be transported in a well-maintained vehicle. You will always be transported in a private vehicle; not combined with other customers unfamiliar to you.
No matter how much we strive to serve you at the specified time, circumstances in traffic can be unpredictable. You can never hold TCH liable for delays. You are also responsible for filling in and checking all data correctly. We cannot check for you whether the details have been filled in correctly, therefore we are not responsible for the consequences of filling in the requested details incorrectly, during the reservation process.
With TCH it is possible to calculate your fixed low rate in advance. No rights can be derived from these rates. These prices only apply when you have made and paid a reservation via www.tch.nl or the mobile application. TCH is only allowed to offer another rate than decided by the taximeter, if we own a written agreement with our passengers; the website and/or mobile application arranges this.
When driving according to the taximeter, the price is determined by the starting fare, the distance and the duration of the ride. These rates are determined by the Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management in the taxi law.
We love to process changes free of charge up to 1 hour before the agreed time. Within this hour we can only consider this changes as a cancellation.
Prepaid made reservations cannot be changed, in terms of another distance and or destination; the reservations are based and paid for a certain distance which has been calculated. If you want to change the distance and or destination of your reservation, you must cancell your reservation and make a new one.
We understand very well that circumstances can change and a ride has to be cancelled. That is why in case of cancellation only 15% cancellation fee will be charged. We charge the 15% cancellation fee for administration costs incurred. These costs are made by refunding the amount paid by you to your account as soon as possible.
We do our best to transport everyone as desired. If we overlook something or something goes wrong, please let us know and send an e-mail with your comment or complaint to: info@tch.nl.
Insofar as these general terms and conditions are not different, the general terms and conditions for taxi transport of KNV, Royal Dutch Transport (in dutch: Koninklijk Nederlands Vervoer) shall apply.
