After years of working as a taxi driver at various taxi companies in The Hague and Rijswijk I, CEO of TCH, can proudly say that I am a real 'taxi man' in heart and soul. Through the years I have experienced a lot and have seen how it should be and certainly also how it should not be. From drivers that are only in it for the long drives at the expense of waiting customers, to mystery guests who controls whether the driver neatly takes over the suitcases and keeps the door open.
When the Rijswijkse Taxicentrale RTC, Taxi Company Lassooij and Business Taxi Wassenaar became available for takeover, I saw an opportunity. These were companies for which I drove in the past, regularly left something to be done and of which I know there is very specific knowledge of the region Haaglanden. It felt like my vocation to use this base and my experience to form the taxi company that The Hague needed: Taxi Centrale Haaglanden.
From experience I know that a hard-working taxi driver, just like the customer, is a unique person. When listening to the needs of both the driver and the customer, this can be translated into a unique transport service that suits all the stakeholders.

This can be seen in our TX Certificate, TTO license and according to the standards of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
To make the quality of the taxi transport provided by Taxi Centrale Haaglanden visible to everyone, we are in possession of a TX-Keur certificate. The inspection agency checks whether taxi companies meet strict requirements. If this is the case, the organisation receives an inspection certificate which can be found in the database of TX-Keur and on stickers attached to the vehicles.
In addition, we are extremely proud that in April 2014, TCH was the first to be awarded the TTO license by the municipality of The Hague. With this permit in our pocket, we were the first in The Hague to be a Permitted Taxi Organization. This means that we meet all municipal requirements and that the municipality has you transported by us from A to B with peace of mind.
Annually an independent party comes in to determine whether TCH meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, which is a globally recognized standard with requirements in the field of quality management. Quality management ensures that the needs, requirements and wishes of the customer are paramount in the organisation.
ISO 14001 is the international standard with requirements for an environmental management system. An environmental management system is used to develop an appropriate environmental policy and is implemented in our organization.
